ITALIAN-CANADIAN WRITERS inthe spotlight
Montréal, August 4, 2008-Montreal’s Italian week takes a literary excursion during its Tuscan-themed edition of the 2008 festival, paying tribute to Italian Canadian writers, poets and artists. The Renaissance was wrought from the abundant Italian visionaries and today in 2008, these artists will have their spotlight in a festival which promises to be filled with many historical parallels.
Events will be held from the 15th to 17th of August in Little Italy, with a wide array of activities planned to indulge the literary mind, from an exhibit to readings and discussions.
